Project Title: Provision of Integrated Health, WASH, and Protection Services to Affected
Population in Ayod, Ulang and Nyirol Counties
Project Location: Ayod, Ulang and Nyirol Counties, Upper Nile State
1. Introduction
ACRA with funding support from SSHF invites qualified, experienced, and legally registered suppliers, contractors, transporters and financial service providers to submit sealed bids for the supply of goods and provision of services under the project: “Provision of Integrated
Health, WASH, and Protection Services to Affected Population in Ayod, Ulang and Nyirol
Counties”
The project aims to improve the lives of displaced persons, returnees, and vulnerable host communities through integrated emergency interventions in Protection, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) and Health.
2. Project Objectives
People facing acute Health Issues and malnutrition have their immediate needs met in line with humanitarian principles.
People facing acute protection risks have improved safety, dignity, and wellbeing in line with humanitarian principles.
Outcome 3 - Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)
People facing acute WASH risks have improved access to essential WASH services in accordance with humanitarian standards.

3. Scope of Tender
Interested bidders are invited to bid for one or more of the following lots.

Constructor shall clearly indicate:

e Certificate of Incorporation (valid) e Tax Clearance certificate/ Tax Compliance Certificate (Valid) e Business Operational License (Valid)

5. Evaluation Criteria
Bids shall be evaluated using, but not limited to, the following criteria:
e Experience and past performance e Compliance with specifications e After-sales support (where applicable) e ACRA reserves the right to Accept or reject any bid.
e Award one or multiple contracts.
e Cancel the tender without assigning any reason.
e Negotiate with the successful bidder.
