ICL | MISSION The Food Security and Livelihoods Project Manager (FSL) is responsible for operationalising the phases of the project cycle(s) under their responsibility. With the help of the team they Supervise, the FSL Project Manager is responsible for verifying the timely execution, quality and compliance of the activities under their responsibility with national, international, SI and donor standards and requirements.
